Do you have a store I can visit?
No, we are a delivery-only event rental service. All items are delivered to your event location.
How do I reserve my items?
You can reserve your rentals by submitting an order quote request with your event details. Once we review and finalize your quote, a non-refundable reservation deposit is required to secure your date and items. Once we receive your deposit, you’ll get a confirmation with all the details for delivery and setup.
Do you require a security deposit?
For certain rentals, a refundable security deposit may be required. This will be returned after items are inspected and confirmed in good condition.
When is the final payment due?
Final payment is due 3 days before delivery. Orders are not delivered without full payment.
Do you deliver outside Jacksonville?
Yes, we deliver to Jacksonville and nearby communities. Additional delivery fees may apply depending on distance.
Can you deliver the day before?
Yes, in many cases we can deliver the day before your event, depending on our schedule and availability. Additional rental or delivery fees may apply.
Will you setup my rentals?
Tents include setup at no extra cost. For all other items, setup and breakdown are available for an additional fee. If you’d like this service, please notify us.
What happens if my event is outdoors and it rains?
If rain is in the forecast, we’ll work with you to adjust your order—adding a tent is often a great solution. For safety reasons, certain items cannot be set up in severe or unsafe weather conditions.
What if something is damaged or missing?
The client is responsible for the full replacement cost. The damage waiver is an optional fee that protects you from paying the full replacement cost for accidental damage to rental items during your event. It covers things like spills, small tears, and normal wear-and-tear accidents.
When will you return for pickup?
03Pickup is typically scheduled for the day after your event, unless otherwise arranged. Same-day or after-hours pickups can be accommodated for an additional fee. We’ll confirm your pickup time when finalizing your booking.
Do you offer after-hours pickup?
Yes, after-hours pickup can be arranged for an additional fee.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, orders may be canceled up to 14 days prior to the scheduled delivery. A store credit minus a 25%service fee will be issued, valid for 6 months form issue date. Special/custom orders are non-refundable
Can I modify my order?
Any modifications will incur a 25% service fee and may affect the total cost. Removing items from a décor package voids any discounts and is subject to a cancellation service fee.
